We offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders over £75.

Seamless Delivery: To ensure a truly premium experience, all duties and taxes are included in your order total. There are no surprise charges or customs fees to pay upon delivery; your Buttah pieces will arrive straight to your door, fully cleared.

Order Processing

  • Fulfillment: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  • Tracking: Once your order has been hand-packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

  • Packaging: Your order will arrive in conscious, recycled packaging designed to protect your items while respecting our planet.

Delivery Concierge

  • Address Changes: To maintain security, we are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
