How to Return

UK RETURNS

UK Returns must be processed through our portal within 14 days of initial delivery.

Use our Royal Mail Returns Portal to begin your return: Start your return here

  1. Enter the email address used at checkout to find your order.

  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and tell us why (this helps us improve).

  3. You’ll receive a QR code via email — no printer needed.

  4. Drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail location.

Please note:

  • Due to the nature of the garments, lingerie items — including knickers, thongs, bralettes and sports bras — are final sale and not eligible for return

Once your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for your refund to appear.

US & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

US and international returns must be approved before being sent back to us.

To request a return, please contact our customer care team at hello@buttahldn.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for or refund items lost in transit

  • Any customs charges or duties incurred on return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer

  • Due to the nature of the garments, lingerie items — including knickers, thongs, bralettes and sports bras — are final sale and not eligible for return

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • UK returns: £3.95

  • US & International returns: $5 USD

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not offer exchanges — please return the item and place a new order if you want a different product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Report it via the Royal Mail Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery.

  • The warehouse will inspect the item and arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Policy Updates

Buttah London reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
